It is assumed that all the information provided by you on the website for registration is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

**Payment Related Policy**

**What Are the Modes of Payment?**
You can pay for your order on EnsoFresh using the following modes of payment:
- Cash on delivery.
- Online Payments via Debit/Credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay).
- UPI, Wallet (BHIM, Paytm, G-pay, PhonePe, and more).

**Are There Any Other Charges or Taxes in Addition to the Price Shown? Is VAT Added to the Invoice?**
There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per government regulations and is included in the MRP of each product. No extra taxes will be charged.

**Is It Safe to Use My Debit/Credit Card on EnsoFresh?**
Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on www.EnsoFresh.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication passcode verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which must be entered while paying online using a visa or master credit card, ensuring extra security for customers. All transactions on EnsoFresh are completed via secure payment gateways like "CASHFREE," which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details.

**What Is the Meaning of Cash on Delivery?**
Cash on delivery means you can pay for your order at the time of delivery at your doorstep.

**If I Pay Online, How Do I Get the Amount Back for Items Not Delivered or Undelivered?**
If we are unable to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid online, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 4-6 working days. If you do not receive it after 6 days, please contact our customer care for an instant refund.

**Where Do I Enter the Coupon Code?**
After selecting your products, click on the "My Cart" page at the footer. There is an "Apply Promo Code" box where you can select from multiple vouchers/coupon codes you are eligible for. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value. Then proceed to the checkout page.

**Delivery Conditions**

**When Will I Receive My Order?**
After selecting your products and clicking on checkout, you will be prompted to select a delivery slot. Your order will be delivered on the day and time slot you select. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time due to unforeseen circumstances, our customer care will keep you updated.

**How Will the Delivery Be Done?**
We have our own delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating in our delivery area across the city, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

**How Do I Change the Delivery Info (Address to Which I Want Products Delivered)?**
You can change your delivery address on our app/website after logging into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right corner and go to the “Manage Address” section to change your delivery address.

**How Much Are the Delivery Charges?**

**Do You Deliver in My Area?**
You can check delivery availability at the "Deliver At" button on the app/website or at checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area, we will inform you before checkout.

**Will Someone Inform Me if My Order Delivery Gets Delayed?**
In case of a delay, our customer care will keep you updated about your delivery.

**What Is the Minimum Order for Delivery?**
There is a minimum order value for each location. If you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied (delivery charges range between Rs 40/- to Rs 80/- depending on the location). No additional charges are levied beyond the rates shown.

**Do You Do Same-Day Delivery?**
We offer same-day delivery if you place your order at least one hour before the available delivery slot.

**What Is Same-Day Delivery?**
Order at least one hour before the available slot, and we will deliver it on the same day according to your chosen slot. If an order is placed less than an hour before the slot, it will be delivered in the next available slot. For example, if you place an order at 12:59 pm, you can choose from the 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm or 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm slots. If an order is placed at 4:00 pm, it will be delivered the next day in the first available slot (though you may choose the 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm slot).

Note: Delivery times may change on special occasions or under specific conditions.

**Cancellation & Returns Policy**

**How Can I Cancel My Order?**
We provide easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the app or website before it is accepted. This option is available under the “My Orders” section. Click on order “View Details” and then "Cancel Order." After the order is accepted, you must call our customer care executive to cancel the order.

**What If I Want to Return Something?**
You can return products you are dissatisfied with at the time of delivery. Payment will be adjusted in the bill for "cash on delivery" mode. For "online payment" mode, a direct account refund will be initiated and will reflect in your bank account within 4-6 days. If a product is defective, expired, or has quality issues, contact our customer support team or reach out on WhatsApp within 48 hours from the delivery date.

You can return the product on the same day if you are not satisfied with its quality. If the product is not returned, we provide a refund in cash or as a discount on your next bill.

**Product Information Liability**

The images of products on the website or mobile application are for representation and reference purposes only. The actual product might differ in color, appearance, or packaging. Product availability is determined when the order is placed and after confirming delivery locations.

Pictures and colors of products displayed on the website may differ from the actual product delivered. The packaging of delivered products may vary based on the batch number, date of packing, and date of expiry to ensure quality products are delivered to customers.

If the manufacturer changes the packaging while retaining the quantity and contents, the product delivered will vary in appearance. Color variation, label details, and packaging changes do not constitute a defect or deficiency in service.

**Pricing Policy**

Products are sold at or below the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) stated on the packaging. Goods will never be sold at a price higher than the MRP. The price charged on the order and payment date prevails, not the delivery date. Rounding off the bill amount to the nearest rupee is done, with fractions of 50 paisa and above rounded to the next rupee and fractions below 50 paisa ignored.

**How Can You Correct Inaccuracies in the Information?**
